Deveric vs dea
... Wednesday at 9PM
If you don't want to share your audience with us disrespectful "youngsters"
maybe the "old school" can play a little later/earlier?
Anyhow, it will be an interesting evening, maybe deciding the winner of group C.
Get popcorn, beer and pompoms ready ...

Wed 18:00 CEST
SOS Truckerteller : RCMP-barneyg
3 : 0
He plays well and I make some mistakes --
122(s) - 82 -- I get VAN-MTL (and DUL-ELP) but bad colors, he gets the start and the 6 yellow, 6 white, 6 grey. In the end I make a stupid mistake and fail on DUL-ELP. It wouldn't have made a difference.
113 - 100(s) -- I get the start along with WIN-HOU and POR-PHO. (He has VAN-MTL and DEN-PIT). After 36 cards I had 1 white and 1 orange, so I can't block up north. I waste my greens for HEL-DEN, which blocks him (and makes the result closer than it really was) but then I need to hang onto reds to get to Houston through Dallas. In the end he plays 6 red before 6 green so I still get to Houston, but still.
128(s) - 77 -- He starts and gets VAN-MTL again (with a 9-pt ticket he won't finish I believe). I keep CHI-SFe and SF-ATL instead of safely keeping SEA-LA, which would have hurt him a bit (plus I ended up with 8 yellows). I plan on going the LA-CHI route but lay the 6 black first, he answers with 6 orange, and it's all downhill from there. Once again he finishes quickly.
Thanks for the games Truck!

Angel6 vs toutoune
3:1
in the first game I started with Port-Phoe & Sea-NY and got 8 locos. Problem was that I needed 11 turns to finish the game and tt was able to win with a last round ticket draw and 53 tickets points 134:132.
The next three games I think I played my best game and ticks, starting, colors and loco were just enough to win them

what kind of magic is this ????? - wow, Dea grats for impressive 4 wins at 3-0 !!! I doubt that will be overtopped - making you the clear #1 in stemayfs stats.
just as a little side note OLE could win two matches yesterday:
OLE Masimo - TDmennonite827 3-0 (106-91, 116-111, 126-77)
thx mennonite for the games - and good luck for the rest of the tournament - hope to cu around and play again.
We finished juuuuuuuuust in time for the second match:
OLE deep_blue - TD acemandopeSTW 3-2 (118-98, 123-97, 116-118, 120-146wow!, 101-81)
interesting night that was with a different style performed by ace .... maybee I have to try that too some day .... 146 in singles will most likely win every game
EDIT : lool wrong thread ... your impressive streak made me totally confused

psteinx beat SOS Patterson 3-0.
It was a good match - closer than it seemed. In the first game, I had a lucky ticket draw at the end to win. In the final game, I had two big tix (LA-NY, Sea-NY), and I was nervous about being blocked for much of the game, but managed to complete both and win.
Good match Patterson.

AT_dea1 : RCMP-barneyg
3 : 1
133 : 117(s) -- I have LA-CHI and CHI-SFE vs. SEA-NY and WIN-LR. In the end I have LA-MIA done so I draw but pick up DEN-PIT instead. I didn't have the colors to fight for north.
118(s) : 52 -- Terrible game for me, I have LA-MIA and CHI-NO, turns out he's got TOR-MIA and MTL-NO and lays the 6 red early, and for some reason I don't answer right away with 5 blue so I'm done.
94 : 112(s) -- LA-CHI and HEL-LA to his CGY-PHO + DEN-ELP. He gets the 6 orange, which forces me up north, but I still manage to get there. At least I broke dea's unbeaten run in NC
122(s) : 118 -- POR-NAS and HEL-LA to his VAN-SFE + WIN-LR. I get LA-CHI through POR and still have 5 yellows, 3 whites and 6 blacks but he plays OKC-LR right after my LA-EP so I'm forced back through Toronto, wasting 1 turn. He wins by 4.
