Should be better to change the attribution of points.
1700+ vs 1300- : win = 0 points, loss = -10
1700+ vs 1400- : win = 0 points, loss = -8
1700+ vs 1500- : win = 1 point, loss = -5
...
something like that...

This proposal is very wrong imho. It is extremely difficult to reach 1700+ by playing 1300 opponents.

I like to play everyone average+ from 1300 to 1800, but every time I reach the top of the ranking is because I have some luck against strong players.

To maintain 1700 you have to win a bit more than 90% vs a 1300. Do it over 100+ games and you deserve to be called a strong player.

Unlike chess or tennis, luck is a massive factor in T2R, and 1300s play good enough to win against anybody when they get lucky.

Of course, it's really annoying when top ranked players are not willing to accept challenges of strong players, as it is the case on the Swizz map Evil or Very Mad
