A short note to thank DoW Customer Support

Hello,
this is just a public, short note to thank Days of Wonder Customer Support.
We now count up to 6 Memoir'44 basic boxes within my group and a total of aprox. 25 expansions. We regularly play almost everyweek, playing several campaigns in any of the current formats with private mini-tournaments, etc.
We kindly asked a few weeks ago to replace the sets of dice, which are virtually wore down.
Well, the thing is that today arrived 5 sets of new dice, thanks to DoW CS and to Natalie, as the visible head. And absolutely free! We didn't have to pay the costs of shipping!

I have the same problem, and I kindly asked DoW support whether it was possible to purchase a new set of dice.
Unfortunately they never responded to my mails.
Glad it worked for you though.

Hello there,
I'm pretty sure that if you do contact with the CS via the web, stating you have damaged pieces, the will kindly send you a new set.
I had to insist because they ran out of sets for some time.
Give it a try.
