SMC 2015 Rules and Organization
Clashes
The clashes will be played with series of 6 games in Round Robin.
Best of 9 in KO.
Alternating starts
Use the "start button"! For the first game of a match start is random. In games 2-6 the start button must be used to alternate starts and let each player have 3 starts until game 6.
Open games
Games have to be open.
Scoring
1 point for each game won (and 0.5 for a game tie)
2 points for a series won (and 1 for a series tie)
Tiebreakers :
a) Overall points
b) head-to head result
c) difference of total matches won-lost,
d) then difference of games won-lost,
e) then sum of points in the direct match. (to avoid the use of seedings).
Determining Knock Out Qualifiers
Round robin, 4 groups, with QF, SF and F.
2 players advance per group, then the bracket for KO will be as following

B1-A2

SMC TELO SEEDING 2015
The following from Sysyphus - so you can all see how the seeding was accomplished.
Any player with less than 10 games in tournaments on the Swiss map will be considered as having a provisional 2p Swiss TELO.
Any provisional TELO will be seeded after all the players with an established TELO (more than 10 games)
Any player with a provisional Swiss DoW ELO will be seeded at the very bottom.

Hi Glarus warriors,
My favorite starting CET times are
Mo 17:15
Tue 19:30
Wed 17:30
Sat 18:15
(other times, including some mornings, are possible too).
Probably I won't be available until Feb 7th (if this changes I'll repost). However it is possible to arrange a provisional date even before the 7th (I mean if you won't mind in case I don't manage to show up within 10min past the designated time)

Wrong ticket choice on each side in game 3 and 6.
First 2 games better played by me with bad tunnels for Sylvain in game 1.
Better played by Sylvain in game 3 and 4. Game 5 was probably not well played on any side, but ended up on a weird tie.
