Pass-and-Play Feature: Where is it?

 So I got my mobile app from Amazon App store for my Fire phone and my android tablet. I only seem to be able to play against AI players. However, a feature that is listed is :
Solo mode and Pass-and-play mode, 2 to 4 players.
Where exactly is this option found?

Try following these steps:
1. Hit "Play"
2. At the top of the screen, where it says, "Play 'against the AI'", click that button
3. Add a name if you want or hit a "+" to add more players
4. Hit "Play" again
