 1 : Why no tchoo tchoo for new player & start ???

Hello all folks 
I have two reproaches/ideas to improve the game on computer.
1) Why no tchoo tchoo at the start ?
It's often takes a long time to wait for others players before begining a game... And if you do something else during this time, on the web or in the real life, you take the risk to miss a player.
And if you are more than two players, it is worse : sometimes 3 players are waiting for the last one and can't cancel the game !
All will be solved bye a simple tchoo tchoo when there's a new player, and a tchoo tchoo when the game begin !!!
