 my lobby don't charge

Hello to everyone, I hope someone can help me, I do not know what happens and I get the feeling that I'm the only one who happens. my lobby does not load, and it never happened to me, in steam it works i can play, but I never see a high level player connected, the game system I do not like, very childish and impractical, you do not have a history of game, and you can not know what color a player uses on gray tracks, if I have to play TTR in steam I leave this game.
Does anyone know why my lobby does not charge? Is it a java problem? Does anyone know a better alternative than steam?

You can see colours by clicking on the username of the opp and on the green checkmark.
