Missing buses from TTR:London

Has anyone else found that their copy of TTR:London is missing the purple busses?
Received mine yesterday to find I only had 3 colours of buses. Tried to report it on the replacements parts form on this website but TTR:L is not one of the games that can be chosen so couldn’t get to say which parts were missing.
There wasn’t even a box for me to write in that the game that I was missing components for wasn’t in the list.

I've always had a fast response from them, but if you already sent in this form just use the confirmation code you received to follow up with them.
