I believe (And don't hold me to it) there is an addition tin like 1910 was for US and (forgot year) for Europe ticket to ride map.
It would been for the map/game sold in Germany, before it was available worldwide.
So don't know if it is useble with the world wide map or not since I don't have that expansion. Hopefully otherw who have both maps and the expansion can chime in.

I think there is no expansion specifically for TtR Germany.
First there was the Märklin version (with a Germany map and a unique passenger system).
Then came a Zug und Zug: Deutschland (with a Germany map but otherwise nothing special). That was expanded with a new passenger system.
Finally came Ticket to Ride: Germany, which is practically the ZuZ Deutschland with the Deutschland expansion included.
