Don't think the game will be available (for English/US) until later this week. I seem to recall Jan 15 (or 20 perhaps) is the official date of release.

I've seen TtR Japan/Italy for sale on eBay (from UK sellers) for at least 3 weeks now.

Also, available for sale through UK board game retailers. I just did a quick search and came across the game.
