"Access denied" for almost a week now Thu, 16 May 2019 07:48
Every time I try to play online, it tells me access denied. It did that for two days, then it worked for a day, now it's three days of access denied again.

I tried to contact support but they just keep asking me to explain. Support on this web site gives me an error, so I see where the problem lies.

same story for me, no answer or solution yet. only thing that worked was creating a new account and not use Steam login or your original Gold and Experience.
