Days of Wonder customer service? Sun, 22 March 2020 12:18

I filled out a service ticket for some missing pieces on their site over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything other than an automated reply.

Does any one have any recent experience with them? Do they normally respond first or just send pieces? Also how long is their response time? Should I be worried I am going to fall through cracks with all this "consolidation" going on?

Also, coolstuff has no policy to return defective merchandise, which is somewhat dismaying.

Asmodee has changed their policy (and Days of Wonder is owned by Asmodee). They no longer send replacement parts. Sorry!
