Playing against four AIs in the Asia map, I reached a spot where I have one card in hand, with no cards or tickets available to draw. Had I been playing this physically, I'd have just passed, but (as far as I'm aware), there is no rule for turn passing, so I'm locked into the game state and have to reset.
