Thanks for the scenarios.
I noticed in the Breakthrough scenario "River Crossing at Grigoripoliskaya" that the Germans have a Truck unit.
Does this mean that Re-Supply rules are also in effect for the scenario?

Oups,
Yes, you are right, this rule (Transport trucks and Re-supply) was initially planned in the special rules but forgotten in the edition. 
I will try to add it in the Official scenarios.
