Congratulations Nygaard. There should be an "Order of the Gold Ingot." Bronze awarded at 1000 games, silver at 2000 games, gold at 3000 games, and a bar to the gold award for every 1000th games after 3000. BTW when are you going to join the full Colonels? [Reporter ce message au modérateur]

But a further linked award also needs to be considered

2000 games at approximately 20 minutes a game average = 40,000 minutes 40,000 minutes / 60 minutes per hour = 667 hours 667 hours / 40 hours per week = 16.67 weeks 16.67 weeks / 4.33 weeks per month = 3.84 months That means if you were getting paid for playing Memoir '44 online your employer would owe you for almost 1/3 of a year salary. In your calculation Magnus you forgot the 10% increase in GI that DoW awarded when they changed the charging rate in November or December last year.

I had just bought a Major pack and the 10% increas meant another from 200+ GI for me.

Congratulations. I'll only hit 500 official games any day now. I expect I'll make Colonel around #525 (250 games after Lt. Colonel). I don't know about you, but I need some new challenges (e.g. official scenarios). I'm not that interested in trying to master Red Barricades Factory by playing it 100x. I'm hoping for an upgrade before Christmas that would contain new scenarios, fixes for expert mode terrian, new achievements (perhaps another special one like the Arnhem Tree) and activating the next rank (I've played almost 1/3 of my total games as Colonel). [Reporter ce message au modérateur]
