What's the idea if the Axis lose the plant? They can no longer win but the game doesn't end until the Allies score 3 medals.

I forgot to add that information, but will make the changes.
yes, the Allies need to kills to win, but I figure that by the time they get close enough to eliminate the unit on the plant, they are already there, or close enough to it.
Three stars are enough to kill the plant. Since you roll two dice while in the hex (Actions Card #6), it takes at least two turns in the hex to sabotage it.
In game testing, the allies never rolled their three stars without first eliminating their three other units. In one game, the allies had to retreat off of the hex and in the next turn, they used two units to eliminate the unit on the hex and were able in two further turns, to roll their three stars. The axis player in that game was not rolling good enough dice to force a retreat or to totally eliminate the unit committing sabotage.
I thought I might have a picture of one of those games, but couldn't find any. I may have been having too much fun to take a picture!

Since the Axis can't win anymore after the Allies blow the plant, and they are usually already at or near the required number of medals, wouldn't it be better to make it a Sudden Death Victory Objective?

Had not thought of that, sounds good though, like if they eliminate all of the allied units, they can still win. I think I'll think about some more and maybe make that change.
Thanks bdgza!

I meant make the plant a Sudden Victory Objective for the Allies, instead of requiring medals. Axis need to kill x Allied units. Allies need to blow the plant.

Thanks. I like sabotage scenarios, but there's just not enough official ones.
Would be nice to have a winter power plant tile now wouldn't it?

Thank you community for your ideas! Sudden Death objective added, please check it out for yourselves; http://www.daysofwonder.com/memoir44/en/editor/view/?id=1328 6
I had fun creating this scenario, and playing it three different ways (all allies on one side, as it is, and as it is with winter combat cards.)
