Red Barricades is the sharks' scenario of choice.
It is evenly balanced, and so long that luck in cards and dice will even out.
As such it is a high stakes game usually decided by skill

I guess I'm still working on the skill part. It's the first game I've played with snipers, so that takes a little getting used to, when to move them, when to hit them...
Thanks for the insight...

Just keep practicing, look what works for your opponent and copy that. Try out different tactics and don't be afraid to admit to your mistakes and take a good long hard look at them to see what could be better next time.
And remember: RBF is fun!
I personally do not have a Nemesis. I like to play whoever wherever whenever.
I did have a lot of fun trying to win Paris for a promotion with the Germans. That took some doing, but trying stuff out was fun too.
Carry on playing your Nemesis until you "solve" the puzzle.
Happy hunting.

You might find this thread interesting: http://www.daysofwonder.com/en/msg/?th=23960&start=0
HamonSerrano specializes in this battle and basically only plays it. While that doesn't sound very exciting to me, everyone has their own sense of what's fun and it sounds like HamonSerrano enjoys this scenario. He might have some good insights for you in the thread.

Thanks Ras! I'll check it out. I'm not sure I'd want to play any scenario over and over, but some do need it to figure out their strengths and weaknesses and sometimes get that perfect combo of cards!
What do you think is your 'most played' scenario either from enjoyment or having to finally conquer it?

You can always review other players battles at a scenario to look for some tips or cunning plays.
