You don't have to ask for a reply, for someone to reply you know...

Elves' immunity to losses is permanent, except for the Sorcerers' power.

Please note, though, that Elves lose their race ability when they go into decline! That is the most common way for Elves tokens to be permanently defeated.

Aside from the Sorcerers' race ability, there are some ways for Elves to lose tokens to the tray while they are still your active race, but all of them are introduced in expansions, so don't worry about them right now if you're only playing the base game. Smile

What about Elves and pans?

I think they gain a new token without losing one to the conquest, whereas most other races lose one and gain one, thus breaking even. Can anyone confirm?

Wow, I didn't even catch that. I assumed, without even noticing, that he meant Fawns (from Royal Bonus), since the character Pan from A Midsummer Night's Dream is perhaps the most famous fawn in literature.

Elves are limited to a maximum no. of 11 tokens though, so fawns can take advantage on that (e.g. attacking elves with +5 power combo).

Yeah, good point. The same applies to any other race which is normally unable to produce new race tokens, but Elves are unlikely to benefit from being attacked by Fawns since they only lose tokens in special cases, like the Sorcerers' race ability. I hadn't thought of that. Smile
