The peculiarity of the development of a startup is that it does not have a clear proven business model that is guaranteed to give a profit after a certain period of time. It is often an experiment, a combination of several monetization schemes and a new type of audience. In such conditions, quick start-up and flexibility in changes are much more important than long-term planning. Also, startups have very limited resources at launch. Therefore, I think that you need to turn to a dedicated development team for help and get the perfect solution, which is built from the very beginning on the examination and testing of hypotheses

If you feel that there is a large block of work in a startup, but you do not want to lead it / competencies are clearly not enough - a co-founder-"expert" may be useful, who will completely take over one or several functions (marketing / operating systems / technology stack, etc.). )

To make your startup profitable, start with MVP. MVP is created rather quickly and does not require substantial financial investments. But it allows you to test the hypothesis about the prospects of your project.
I also tested my startup with MVP. I will contact the MVP development agency Purrweb for development.
The Purrweb team developed an MVP for me, which became the launching pad for launching a complete solution.
