Name changes for online games

When I play online games, sometimes it changes my name to WhiteBoyDLC1. Any ideas why?
I am going to go ahead and setup that account and try to merge them, but I'm not sure why it happens in the first place.

This seems to have fixed it. I haven't had it change names on me any more.
