how long it takes to get response from support?

Didn't realize it but the T2R account I was using on my iPad had an email address from an email account which I had deleted. The other day I was prompted for my pw which of course I had forgotten and the forgot password option is sending the reset pw to the deleted account ... kind of a catch 22 ...

Contacted support 9 days about this issue and received an automated reply indicating that it would take 1 to 3 days to look at the problem.

Have not heard back from DOW support since?

Any other way of getting their attention?
