Après une belle avancée des mes unités sur la section centrale et droite, les unités se trouvant sur la section gauche avaient du mal à avancer à cause d\'une forêt traversée par une rivière, l\'adversaire à repris du terrain.
J\'ai perdu un bon tiers de mes panzer... Malgré cela mes hommes tenaient bon!
À plusieurs reprises, j\'ai entièrement détruit des unités adverse, ce qui m\'a permis, enfin, de déployer efficacement mes unités ce trouvant sur la section gauche.
Mais il était trop tard... Entre temps l\'adversaire avait encore fait bon nombre de victime dans mes rangs!
Malgré tout rien n\'était encore jouer, je ne suis point un pleutre!
Mon adversaire avait 3 médailles du mérite, tandis que que moi je posséder 4 croix de fer!
J\'étais certes en sous nombre mais avec un peu de chance je pouvais encore gagner...
Malheureusement, quelques-unes des mes unités étaient attaquées de toutes part, elles n\'ont pas tenues assez longtemps pour me permettre de remporter la victoire!

With 65 % odds against, I did not have any hope of wining this. But I guess Allied generals were drunk (not my oponent, who just had a terrible luck). One of those games make some people think M44 is too much about how lucky you're and less the strategy you use. My tanks crushed his left flank, where the Shermans seemed to be made of paper.

This was a close-fought battle near Arracourt. Most of the engagements involved armor units, occurring on the Germans center & right flanks with a few minor skirmishes on the left flank. A Bf109 inflicted heavy damage to two US tank units before being shot down by the enemy. In the end, it was the German tankers retreating off of the ridge line and a lucky shot by a US tank that cost the Germans the victory.
