Historical Background:
Historical context but imaginary scenario.
Kampgruppe Keil held defensive positions on the Montebourg heights. GI's of the 4th US Infantry Division "Ivy Division" had been stopped on the main defensive line. Oberst Keil received orders by general von Schlieben to counter-attack, and gathered all his troops in a last chance attack. Targets were Sainte-Mère-Eglise and Utah Beach exits. If this counter-attack succeeded, the future of US troops in the Cotentin Peninsula would be irrevocably compromised as well as the liberation of Cherbourg.
The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.

Briefing:
Allied player [United States] : 5 command cards.
Axis player [Germany] : 6 command cards, you move first.

Conditions of Victory:
Allied player : 6 medals.
Axis player : 6 medals and at least 1 medal token. The church of Ste Mère Eglise and the hex called "Sortie Utah Beach" are a temporary medal objective of the Axis player.

Special Rules:
- Use "Specialized Units" rules for units with Elite or Airborne badges (Troop 2).
- Use "Big guns" for the German artillery with badge (Troop 3).
