According to the German operation "Fall Blau", the Heeresgruppe "A" had the mission to cross the Caucasus mountains to capture the oil fields of Baku. But first it had to capture Krasnodar, capital city of Cossacks of Kuban, and to cross the Kuban river. 5.Armee Korps with 4 infantry divisions was in charge to assault the city in the aim to capture the bridges on the river. But when the German assault troops reached the bridges, the Russians blew up them.
The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.
Axis player [Germany] : 5 command cards, you move first.
Allied player [Soviet Union] : 5 command cards.
Conditions of Victory:
Exit marker rules are in effect for the Axis troops exiting the board through the hex with the Exit token.
The destruction of the two bridges is a permanent medal objective for the Allied player.
