It is true that for the Ruskies, at the beginning, it was a bunch of nonsense. A barefoot army supervised by a totally whacky political Commissar facing the Axis in top form. Quite expected that the Reds took thrashing after thrashing. If each severe defeat had left them with a baboon's colored ass, then the whole nation would have been a flashing beacon of hindquarters. Anyway, this time, the Commissar, Ivan Saglycerine (He sells his glycerine) could do no better than committing his 9th, 10th and 11th divisions onto an immense frozen lake so as to counterattack the Wehrmacht. Confronting him, the sculling Kaisers, 501st Alpine troops, nicknamed ‘’Holiday on Ice’’, supervised by the General Otto Glisser (Auto Slider). Their specialty ? A triple axel landing onto their adversary's face.
