Briefing:
It is well known that in Stalingrad, both sides went at each other pretty hard. And among the many full-on XXL brawls between the naughty Wehrmacht and the rough Bolsheviks, there was the famous duel between two generals of aesthetic nature. The baron Von Fonfonlesbétitemarionetten (and there they go, go, go the little marionettes, written in pseudo-French and pronounced with a strong German accent) against the comrade Gélamire Surpopov (I’ve the cross-hair right on Popov). The first general proposed a single combat in the town’s ruins to the second one (needless to say it would be through much cannon fodder because it was time to stop messing around). The following rules applied : same terrain, same forces, same deployment, with the duel purpose of knowing which army was the most valiant and whose general was the best strategic thinker. Surpopov agreed, and, in the middle of winter, instead of snowball fights, the two armies engaged in sheer butchery just to see kikétèleplufor (who was the strongest). Childish, isn’t it !
