Briefing:
We would not be exagerating to say that the great endeavour for the Marines and the Yellows was to play with small boats in the Pacific to massacre and destroy each other by the thousands, just to try and steal each other’s islands, as big as fly specks. And here is yet another instance of this. In the role of the speck of land, the Island of Yaka Toupété (just blow up everything), occupied by General Morningman. Obviously a strategic point as it happens to be located spitting distance from Peleliu. For the Japs, it is clear they should not let the Yankees settle in their rangers right under their noses. The Japanese General Tavéka Kapté (you should have understood) is thus in charge of clearing the squatters before they dump Coca Cola cans all around. They plan to land the night after the Super Bowl so as to maximize their surprise effect. After drinking beer the whole night and staying up until the wee hours, the Yankees should be as fresh as Mickey-D's French fries at closing time. For Tavéka Kapté, that’s the right time for the 5th quarter of the game.

The radar station, the artillery bunker and the field hospital are temporary objective medals for the Axis player.
Each landing barge wins a temporary objective medal to the Allies player.

Special Rules:
Gung-ho activated.
Night combat rules.
No Online effect for the radar station. It was placed there for the scenery.
The bunkers protect both sides.
Japanese engineering units cannot move two hexagons and fight afterward. They do not ignore flags, and must retreat.
Infiltration: terrain restrictions are imposed during infiltration’s movement. A unit that infiltrates will not be allowed to fight if its movement stops in a jungle that was not adjacent to its movement beginning.
A unit cannot fight from a landing barge.
A tank unit cannot conduct a tank assault from a landing barge.
