Historical Background:
July 1st, 1942. Rommel decides to press his advantage and advance towards Egypt. The only thing standing between him and Cairo is the coastal town of El Alamein...

The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.

The Allied French Resistance Unit (Nation 1) represents a Free French unit that fought for the Allies.
Italian units are NOT able to retreat 3 hexes per flag.
Since this is an Early War scenario, Blitz Rules are in effect for the Axis.

Conditions of Victory:
The exit hexes represent a permanent medal objective for the Axis forces. The town of El Alamein is a temporary medal objective for the Axis.

Special Rules:
North Africa Desert Rules are in effect (Actions 9).
Blitz rules are in effect (Actions 15).
The minefields (Terrains 29) belong to the Allies.
Specialized Units (Troops 2) are in effect for Special Forces (German, Australian, SAS) and Elite Armor (German Afrika Korps).
The Italian unit is Combat Engineers (Troops 4).
The German Artillery is Mobile Artillery (Troupes 14).
BCF rules (Nations 5) are in effect for Allied units.
Use Special Weapon Assets (Material 1) and Anti-Tank (Material 2) Rules for the British Infantry with the Anti-Tank badge.
