Historical Background: Considering the dramatic situation of the French forces in Sedan area,the GQG ordered to the 1e DIC to make a new counter-attack. On the 18th of May in the morning, two battalions of the 12e RTS (Senegalese Rifle Regiment) supported by one company of Hotchkiss light tanks and three battalions of the 3e RIC crossed the Warne river and advanced towards Beaumont-en-Argonne. But under the air bombing by the "Stukas" and the fire of the enemy infantryin the open field, the colonial soldiers suffered heavy losses and didn't reach their objective. After coming back to their lines, the five battalions had lost more than 500 men. The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.

Conditions of Victory: 7 medals. The church of Beaumont-en-Argonne is a temporary medal objective for the Allied player.
Special Rules: - Use "French Infantry" rules (Nations 7) to all Allied infantry units. - Use "Fordable Stream" rules (Terrains 61) for the Warne river. - Use "Blitz" rules (Actions 15). - Remove the "Air Power" card before to begin the game.
