Historical Background:
On the 7th of June, at 15h00, General Collins, coming from Utah Beach, arrived in Sainte-Mère-Eglise with troops of the 8th Infantry Regiment and met General Ridgway, the paratroopers were no more lonely. At 17h00, the 2/8th on the left, the 2/505th in the middle and the 746th Tank Battalion on the right, attacked along the road to Neuville-au-Plain to clear the area north of Ste-Mère-Eglise. The enemy lost several tanks and a lot of troops, killed or prisoners of war and had to leave Neuville-au-Plain to withdraw to Montebourg. The city of Ste-Mère-Eglise was no more threatened, the conquest of the Cotentin could began.
The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.

Axis player [Germany] : 5 command cards.
Allied player [United States] : 6 command cards, you move first.

Conditions of Victory:
6 medals.
For the Allied player, exit marker rules are in effect on the road hexagon at the entry of Neuville-au-Plain (Action 23).

Special Rules:
- Use "Specialized Units" rules (Troops 2) for the four Allied units with badges.
