There are problems with this scenario: it cannot be set-up using the standard terrain tiles of Memoir '44 and the selected extensions. There are too many terrains of one or more types. Please contact the author.

Historical Background:
The largest airborne operation of the war is about to begin. His goal: cross the Rhine in Arnhem to enter Germany and finish the war as soon as possible.
Three divisions will be parachuted into Holland. The 101st Airborne Division will be parachuted north of Eindhoven. It will aim to capture the bridges of the villages of Best and Son on the Wilhelmine Canal as well as those of Veghel on the Willemsvaart Canal. The 101st will be joined by the Armoured Guards Division of the XXXth Corps, which will arrive south of Eindhoven. It will then head north to join the 82nd Division on Nijmegen.

Briefing:
Allied player:
-6 command cards
- you play first

German player:
-5 command cards

Conditions of Victory:
-10 medals
-Medals are temporary objective medals for allies.
-Any Allied armoured unit that exits the board through the hexagon exit is a medal to the Allied player.

Special Rules:
-Parachuting: At the beginning of the game, the allied player parachutes 10 special units at the hexagons marked with a battle star (see rules parachuting).
-Fallschirmjäger: German units marked with a badge are elite units.
-Arrival of the XXXth Corps: This rule is similar to the night rules. At the beginning of each turn, the allied player throws a dice. If he gets a star, he keeps the score in memory. After 2 stars obtained, the XXX Corps arrives in reinforcement from the south. Each subsequent turn, the allied player will be able to make appear a unit of armored vehicles on the road of Eindhoven without having to use a command card (provided the hexagon is free). It thus has in total 6 tanks units in reserve.
