Historical Background: On the 10th of December, German general von Arnim launched a new attack to Medjez-el-Bab. A Kampfgruppe made up by PzIV of the Panzer Regiment 7 and one company of Tiger tanks tried to bypass the Allied defense using the road from Massicault. But four kilometers before Medjez-el-Bab, lthe German tanks were stopped by a barrage of French soldiers of the 4th Mixed Zouave Regiment and 75mm guns of the 62nd Artillery regiment. The German tanks went back but nevertheless destroyed a dozen of US tanks who attacked them on their flank. Finally, Medjez-el-Bab stayed in Allied hands. The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.
Briefing: Axis player [Germany] : 6 command cards, you move first. Allied player [France/United States] : 6 command cards.
Conditions of Victory: 6 medals. For the Axis player, use the "Exit" token rules (Action 23) to the road hexagon marked "vers Medjez-el-Bab".
Special Rules: - Use "French Infantry" rules (Nations 7) to all Allied infantry units. - Use "Specialized Units" and "Elite Armor" rules (Troops 2) to all Axis infantry and tanks units (except Tiger tank). Badges are not required. - Use "Tiger" rules (Troops 16) to the Axis armored unit with a single figure. - Special Weapon Asset Rules (SWAs 1) are in effect for the two French infantry units equipped with Antitank Weapons (SWAs 2). - Use "Blitz" rules (Actions 15).
