Historical Background:
As the Americans were losing the Revolutionary War, they looked to the French for Help. Most of the French Army was sent, and the war climaxed at the Seige of Yorktown.
With the Americans on the Right and the French on the Left, they forced the British to surrender as the French Fleet blocked all escape from Yorktown. The objective was not to capture Yorktown, but to surround it until British surrender. The Amercans, with the help of French Engineers, captured the Forts on the Right. The French Captured a bunker to the left of Yorktown, completing the encirclement.

American & French Player:
-Take 5 Command Cards
-You Go First

British Player:
-Take 5 Command Cards

Conditions of Victory:
-6 Medals
-If the American/French Player captures Either Fortress or the Bunker, they gain 1 medal as long as the unit is there. If the unit is eliminated or moves off, the victory medal no longer counts.

Special Rules:
Beaverdam Creek is a Fordable River

The American/French special forces are elite infantry and can move 2 spaces and still Attack, but they only have 3 pieces.

If the card "Their Finest Hour" is played, do not reshuffle the deck. When the deck of command cards runs out, the British player wins (they have out-lasted the seige)

The Feild bunker and Fortresses can be used by either player.

Note: The high ground is just for visual effect. This is not a flooded field scenario

Please note that this scenario was not approved by Richard Borg or Days of Wonder, so you have to check yourself about playability, potential gaming issues, etc.
