You lost your password or it does not work anymore
If your password does not work, please verify the following items:
- Make sure the Caps Lock key of your keyboard is off. Passwords are case sensitive.
- If your Login Name looks like "Player12345" or "Guest12345", make sure that you type it as one single word - no space between the word and the number.
Still not working? If you remember the e-mail address that you used when you signed-up, go to our Lost Password page: a new password will be generated and sent to you immediately.
No luck? Fill-in the following form, and we will try to find your account and give you your login information. Please note that we might take a few days to answer you, so make sure that you tried the hints above before contacting us.
