Is Santa bringing you any Memoir additions?	Sat, 03 December 2011 17:19

For me it has to be the Campaign Book Vol 2. Also, another terrain expansion - can never have enough tiles. That's what's going in my letter to Santa. Anyone else after some Memoir additions this Christmas? [Report message to a moderator]

I wrote a letter to Santa for Winter Wars, but we have very warm autumn in Poland this year (no snow yet!). He told me it will be something related with sun, hot sand and salty sea. My guesses are for the MT (but half of Disaster at Dieppe fits it as well ). Sure, my Santa has already payed for CB2... Looks like Polish weather is similar to ours - no snow yet around here either... [Updated on: Sat, 03 December 2011 19:48] [Report message to a moderator]

I'm expecting CB Vol 2 and hopefully some special scenario release by DOW, or did we get that already? I was hoping for the Invasion of Crete scenarios that were handed out at the World Boardgaming Championships this summer. BTW, are those available under Official Scenarios? I don't see them. I hope the Airfix Japanese infantry are better molded than their British Paras. Otherwise this will be one of those "be careful what you wish for" situations. The Airfix Paras are molded in soft plastic and have more flash that I have seen on any other miniatures. Because of the soft plastic, it can't be effectively sanded, so you have to scrape gently and remove it with a small tweezers. This is the case for essentially every figure in the package. Oh how I wish that Italeri would do a 1/72 Japanese Infantry set! [Report message to a moderator]

Santa's finally got organised - in addition to the Campaign Book 2 Santa's bringing me some Airfix infantry. 1 x Airfix - US Marines Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - German Infantry Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - British Paratroops Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - Afrika Korps Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - 8th Army Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - WWII US Paratroops Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - WWII Italian Infantry Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - WWII German Paratroops Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - WWII British Infantry Scale 1/72 1 x Airfix - WWII British Infantry N Europe Scale 1/72 Once they arrive Santa's little helper might have to go and get some paint and brushes. The little men have to travel 1/2 way round the world so won't be here for Christmas - but it is the thought that counts. [Report message to a moderator]
