Yes, if you play on the same WiFi or Bluetooth network. Just make sure to play in LOCAL mode and select the same map when joining that game.

Embarassed so my Ticket to Ride ( for iPad ) can play with friends' Ticket to Ride pocket using the way you said ?

Can you also play online through game center between iPhone and iPad? (I.e. at the same time in multiple places using the server but against friends you invite, like you can in the pocket version)
