Historical Background:
While Burcorps continued its withdrawal to India by road, the Japanese 33rd division used the Chindwin river and landed near Monywa. The capture of this city by the Japanese threatened the HQ of 1st Burma Division set up in the south of Monywa. On the morning of the 2nd of May, infantry elements of the Burcorps and one tank squadron of 7th Hussars, arriving by forced marches from Shwebo, attacked Monywa in the north while 1st Burma Division attacked in the south. At the end of the day, the Japanese bridgehead in Monywa was annihilated.
The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn and you are in command. The rest is history.

Conditions of Victory:
6 medals.
The 1st Burma Division HQ is a temporary medal objective for the Axis player.
The north part of Monywa is a temporary medal objective for the Allied player.

Special Rules:
- Use "Japanese Imperial Army" rules (Nations 3).
- Use "BCF Command" rules (Nations 5).
- Use "Special Weapon Asset" rules (SWAs 4) for Axis units equipped with Mortar (SWAs 6).
- Use "Capture HQ/supply tent" rules (Actions 17).
