Historical Background: After the crossing of the Somme river, the 7.Panzer Division under the command of General Rommel made a rush towards Rouen. Rommel's next objective was to cross the Andelle river by the bridge of Sigy-en-Bray. But a British Brigade under the command of General Crocker, 1st Armoured Division, was in the Andelle front-line and blew the bridge just in front of the German motocyclists vanguard. The Germans tried then to use a ford for crossing the river but a tank broke down in the middle of the ford and blocked the way. Finally Rommel was informed that the bridge of Normanville was not blown and he ordered to a battle group to bypass the British defense at Sigy-en-Bray. Under the threaten of surrounding, the British Brigade withdrew to the Seine river. The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history.
