Designer’s Notes

My mother always told me good things come in small packages. Ticket to Ride: New York is just the latest example of how right she was! Plus, I finally understand what the line from the song means, "If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere, it’s up to you New York, New York."

I wasn’t sure a version with only 15 trains (or in this case, taxis) would retain the fun of the bigger games, but it does and I hope you will think so too. My tip is to keep all your tickets, and think about drawing more on your first turn. If it doesn’t work out, you can try again after about 20 minutes or less.
